What we offer

Our services include psychology services to assist people with sleep disorders such as insomnia, delayed sleep phase or CPAP compliance as well as personal issues such as anxiety, depression or study stress which may contribute to sleep difficulties. Psychological approaches may be used instead of sleep medication, alongside medication or to assist in stopping medication use when indicated by your doctor.

There is no need for a referral to see a psychologist. You are welcome to self-refer by making the appointment yourself, or obtain a referral from your doctor. Your doctor may also develop a Mental Health Care Plan which provides for rebates through the government Medicare system. The most common pathway is through your GP who will prepare a Mental Health Care Plan, although a psychiatrist or may also complete a plan for you.

Sessions are confidential.
